Why doesn't my Venture75 charge my Surface Pro8 with a ausb-c 15V3 cable for the surface?

    Have you tried charging your computer with a USB-C to USB-C cable? The Venture 75 is able to charge a Surface Pro 8, so the best first step would be to isolate the problem by seeing if it charges using a different cable.
