My 3000x will only charge to 51%

I have tried plugging it in and my panels and nothing only go's to 51% tried resetting it.

What charging profile do you have the Yeti set? Has the unit sat without use for more than a month? If so, has it recently been cycled?
Could you check the voltage of the battery? You can do this by pressing the units button. This will change the output portion of the display. Just keep pressing it until it is cycled to voltage.
