New LPF Products in 1000-2000 Watt Hour Range?
Will Goal Zero be coming out with a 1000-2000 watt hour LFP unit soon? Goal Zero currently does not list LFP units in the 1000-2000 watt hour range. I will be picking up a new LFP unit in the next few weeks before heading out van camping (Spring thru late Fall). I currently own a Goal Zero 1500X (and like it) but will be…

Sherpa repair
I’ve had a Sherpa 100AC for four years and have gotten a lot of use out of it. It’s been on numerous back country trips and just general charging around the house. I really like the solar panel to recharge it while off the grid. I reached out to support, and after a lot of back and forth (kind of a waste of time when I was…

Has anyone experienced this? I've experienced a problem of being unable to recharge two different (original and replacement) Yeti PRO 4000 units and I'm running firmware 1.7.7. Yeti 1400/1500x Battery Question
On the product pages for the 1400 Lithium (which I own) and the 1500x, it states: " Lifecycles: 500 Cycles to 80% capacity (Discharge rate: 1C, Full charge/discharge, Temp: 25C)" Does that mean if you charge it at 50% instead of a full charge/discharge, the 500 cycles is effectively doubled?

I have a similar issue to what seems to have been resolved for other models in the thread below. Why is the Yeti Pro 4000 AC Output unexpectedly shutting off?
I have a Yeti Pro 4000 and I've noticed that after a 1-3 days operation the AC output port shuts off for no apparent reason. Is this a known issue? I can turn the port back on via the app, but I get no notification that it's been turned off. So, I must continually monitor through the app or by looking at the front panel.…

Charging with standard 12v adapter
Last trip, 500x would not take/hold charge from our Outback rear outlet. We can see 20-30w input, but after 1 or 2 hours charging, we’ll be same level as when started (below 20%) or even lower. This has become an intermittent problem, but seems more pronounced when the battery is low. We are running on 5a setting due to…

Won't charge despite rebooting
I have a 3000x with firmware 1.8.9. It once failed to charge so I found out that rebooting by pressing the button with green circle under the lid and "info" button simultaneously reboots the unit and allows you to charge. It worked. But, now it won't work. Actually, I'm not even sure it rebooted this time since it doesn't…

Custom Charge profiles not working - Yeti Pro 4000
I have been trying to use custom charge profiles on the Yeti Pro 4000, but it seems to keep ignoring them. But the Yeti will run itself down to 0% sometimes (and then get stuck, and wont charge back up until I do a full reset). Or…

Mix & Match Panels (Goal Zero & Off Brand)
I have a Yeti 1400 Lithium, MPPT module, a pair of Nomad 200 panels and a 120W 3rd party panel. I can't find anything that would suggest this is a bad idea, but figured I'd double check.…
