Hi, My yeti core 1000 does not constantly charge with the included 120w power supply. Charges for 2 sec, stops, charges for 2 secs, etc. The display also only shows a 20w input when it does charge

At first try to reset the unit. Press and hold the Unit and Info button until you hear a beep. The display flashes, show all segments and the reset is done.
