PRO 4000 low power shut-off / automatic shut-on capability

Does the PRO 4000 have this functionality? Our set-up is at a remote cabin where we do not live full time. If we have several cloudy days then solar input can't keep up and the low power shut off engages and shuts down our wifi router. On our old yeti 3000 power (and wifi) would automatically be restored once the solar inputs charged the battery back above 20%. Our 4000 just shuts off and stays that way until we manually turn the ac back. Is there a setting somewhere that I can get the 4000 to work the same way as our old 3000? Thanks in advance for any insight you can provide.
