Question on extension cable and combiner cable
I have a Yeti 1000Core and a Yeti 700 (with the new battery technology--just got them both last week). I want to connect them to a Boulder 100 and Boulder 50 solar panel. This combiner cable (Goal Zero 8mm to High Power Port4X combiner cable) looks like it would work on the 1000, but not the 700. What would work with the 700?
The Boulder 100 doesn't have a connector on the back to hook the Boulder 50 into it (which the technician I spoke to said it would). So, I assume I need a combiner cable, but this doesn't look like it will fit the 700.
Also, I'd like to get an extension cable, is there one that would service both battery packs?
Thank you.

Hi @anita
The Boulder 50 does have a female 8mm chaining cable. I would just plug the Boulder 100 8mm into the Boulder 50 female 8mm. Then plug the male 8mm end of the Boulder 50 into the Yeti 700. Heck you could skip the combiner and do the set same up on the Yeti 1000.

thank you. You're right about the 50 haing the femaile chaining cable and the 100 doesn't. However, the tech I spoke to when I purchased the 100 last week told me I should go from the smaller panel to the larger panel to the battery, not the reverse. Thanks for your help.
