Yeti 1500X oriented 90 degrees?

For accessibility in a unique context, can the Yeti 1500X be safely used and stored in a vented cabinet (also with an alternator connection in use) oriented on it’s back with the display and outlets facing up, on some non-slip woodworking bench pucks for ventilation?

There is no problem doing this. The Yeti does not have to be sitting up right in order for it to work.
