Mobile App suddenly shows my Yeti 1500X charge as empty and its temperature at 122 F
Yet, the device appears to be quite healthy: 84% charged and 50 degrees F. The app also gives me a warning to update it to 1.8.8 but it is already updated. The app shows that the charge profile is Custom but it actually on "Battery Saver".

Have you tried a soft reset by holding the RESET button under the lid?
If that doesn't work, my next suggestion would be to un-pair the Yeti in the app, then re-pair.

Thank you, @Hackerman™ -- holding the RESET button did not work but unpairing the Yeti from the app got me on the right track: When trying to pair it again, I eventually figured out how to bring it back into PAIRING mode:
Once I saw the wireless symbol *with the bluetooth symbol* ...
... I was able to direct-connect and subsequently cloud-connect it from the app without any problem.
