Brand new Yeti 1000X doesnt charge

Hi,
I received my brand new Yeti 1000X today and I´m now trying to charge it for the first time. The included charger is connected, the blue lamp flashes constantly, but I don't see any progress with the battery symbol on the display - despite input of 118 watts and "7.8 hours to full". It still shows 0% even though I've been charging for more than 30 minutes. What can I do?

Sorry to hear about the issues you are having with charging. Where did you get this Yeti? Was it direct from Goal Zero or from some REI garage sale?
I would try charging the unit from the USB-C 60 watt in/out port. If it starts taking input from USB-C let it charge for about 24 hours. Once it is juiced up then try using the power supply.
