Yeti 200x stopped charging from rear input

My yeti 200x stopped charging from the rear input. I can charge it from usb c input on the front. I have tried resetting the device multiple times. I have used different goal zero chargers that I have used successfully on my other yetis but don’t work on this 200x. Seems like the input is dead. Is there a fix for this? Can I take it apart and try to fix it myself if goal zero won’t fix it?

my Yeti 500 stopped charging from the AC power input. I never tried the USB input… didn’t know that was a thing

The X series Yetis and Sherpas launched around that time have one USBC port that is bi-directional.

The new 4000, 300, 500 and 700 do not have USB inputs but do have built in AC charging power supplies.

So the Yeti 500X does have a USBC input. The newer Yeti 500 does not.
