Looking for a replacement for 18650 Goal Zero Battery

Hello everyone I have a number of GZ products that I love but recently my very old Switch 10 has been losing it's charge really quickly. I figured it's time to replace the battery but it's no longer sold on the site. It was one of the original versions that does have access to the battery so it can be replaced. But since the batter is flat on both sides I've yet to find an 18650 that looks the same and I'm not sure how much that matters. Wondering if anyone here has the same item and swapped the batter for a different brand and it worked.

I had one of these. I called in asking about a replacement battery but they have been discontinued for a while. They said it was positive on both side. I have not had any luck finding a replacement.
