Light a Life 350 Not Working

One of my my light-a-life 350 suddenly stopped working. The other one purchased at the same time is still working fine. Can I purchase a replacement light for the 350 or is the problem likely related to the circuit board inside?

Not seeing any replacement bulbs for it. Seeing any damage to the cable? How old is the light?

No damage to the cable. No visible damage to the lighting element. Light is probably 5 years old.
