1500x charging on and off

I just had a 12v plug installed in the bed of my truck. Just went to charge my 1500x with it and it take a charge for a few seconds then turns off, this continues to happen. Watts in jumps up then goes to zero and jumps right back up and back to zero

I plugged into the factory 12v lighter in the truck and it charges just fine. Wondering if I made a mistake having the 12v installed in the bed. Anyone have an idea as to what’s going on here?

Able to send photos of the set up? Also does the Yeti charge normally with the power supply or does input wattage jump and down?
