The device has mostly been good for months, but today I ran into a strange issue.
The bottom USB-C port would only charge at 18-20W, and the top port wasn't working at all.
I reset the power bank by holding the USB button, as well as USB + AC. Now the top port will charge at the full 60W, but the bottom port isn't working at all.
I've tried setting the input/output manually, but that doesn't make a change.
Any ideas?
