AC port has no power
Hi!
Bought a 3rd hand van with a Yeti 3000X (no receipt or warranty). Worked a charm the last 6 months but suddenly the AC outlet has no power.
I've tried all the resets to no avail. There are no errors or loud beeps, the only thing I have noticed which may or may not be new is when I press the AC button above the port there are 7 very quiet beeps.
The light comes on fine and the inverter starts to draw 8/9W as it always does when it's running but the port has no voltage across it.
About to go on a couple months trip and would love to have AC but starting to feel like it might be a 12v trip!
If anyone has any idea or experience with the UK repair center please let me know

No sadly not. We've just been using the most expensive 12V system on the planet 😆

In Europe Goal Zero does not have any Solution Center. If you have issues and you are out of warranty, you have a huge problem. And in worst case a expensive paperwight.

Sometimes it’s a little thing that made a big problem. Have a look inside to the PCB and search for a blown fuse.
— Be careful, don’t touch anything, the capacitors can hold a huge power! —Maybe anyone with electrical skills can do it for you and fix this issue.
