Sherpa 100PD wirelessly charging a Samsung S24 in a Peak Design case.

Hello, I just unpacked my new Sherpa 100 PD powerbank and noticed that when I place my Samsung S24 in a Peak Design case on the wireless charger, the charge ramps up from 0W to 8W and then back down to 0W, and the wireless charging button turns red. The wireless charging then stops. Other wireless chargers I own work fine, and the phone charges successfully on them. How should I resolve this issue?

@Pavel have you verified the Sherpa can charge the phone without the added case thickness?
