idiot question about battery percentage

in YETI PORTABLE POWER STATIONS

Is the display calibrated to not reflect the last 20% of charge or is zero charge actually zero? Should I not discharge the power station below the display's 20%?

    Not fully following the question, but the display shows state of charge accurately. if you want to maximize battery life you can configure the yeti to use battery saver on most units, which will stop discharging at 15% and end charge to 85%.
