    Hi @m9999,

Have you recently charged it with a solar panel? Or has it recently felt warm to the touch? We typically see this due to voltage issues from a solar panel or overheating in the unit.

    Hi,

Thank you for your answer. I don't know. I used it to load an ipad during the night and in the morning the blue indicator light was on, and I couldn’t charge the venture anymore. I didn’t used a solar panel.

I have the same issue. Recently bought this power unit along with the Goal Zeo Nomad 10 solar panel for a kayaking and camping trip and the unit failed to recharge and the first blue indicator light is still flashing blue and won’t recharge. Super disappointed

    Hello @Rlnorton ,

Please try checking the above posts for similar sypmtoms. Additionally, you can try holding the power/light button down for 35-45 seconds and see if that reset fixes the issue. If it does not, pelase reach out to our customer service department with your receipt and shipping address for warranty information.
