GoalZero Flip 30 Won't Charge - What can I do?

I have a GoalZero Flip 30 that I've used on a couple of trips and now it won't recharge. I plug it into a charging device and one blue light comes on and flashes but it never progresses beyond that.

Hey @John the Flip 30 power banks have a 1 Year Warranty. We would recommend sending an email to support@goalzero.com to see what options you have for warranty.
