USB Ports not functional

I just applied the latest update for my Pro 4000 and the USB ports on the front no longer are charging anything. The light indicating it is on is lit and the app shows the ports are active, however it's not charging anything. I've tried multiple devices and USB-C cords. Also used those same cords and devices on other charges and they worked. AC ports work as expected.

Have you tried a power cycle of the unit? make sure everything is unplugged form the yeti (including solar and tanks if you have them) then leave it off for a minute. This might correct the issue
