Yeti Link Recall - Fire Hazard

Posting here because I didn't get a notification for this, and others may not have either.
Apparently there is a recall on the Link module and extention cable used for the vehicle integration kit. I only found out because after more than a year of trying get the kit to work I was told my unit was defective (aside from the recall).
Now I get the replacement, and no cable was included.
What a complete waste of time and money this purchase has been.
