My history is not working in the app

I have yeti1500x and yeti link
And in the app the history is blank .
It worked in the past
Filmwhare version is 18.8
I did reset the unit but did not work
I reinstalled the app did not work
What can i do ????

Doing a Factory Reset on the Yeti also wiped the Energy History from the Cloud. It can take a few hours to start seeing new data and you have to be cloud connected to allow the Yeti to post the data.
Have you checked on the history since posting? Is the data starting to post?
If not, please use the App > Help > Email Us > Report a Problem
This will send the developers and support team useful information about your yeti that is needed to dig into cloud data issues.
