How do I reboot my 3000x

Hi my 3000x outlets won’t work. The battery is charged, the outlet light is on and white. It’s behavior is like it blew a fuse. Any help would be appreciated. It needs a hard reboot. Holding down the two outside buttons doesn’t work. Thx

If you have updated the main firmware to version 1.7.6, there is a new feature that will do a much deeper reset in the Battery Management System.
Let me know if that helps!

Why or how would I have updated firmware? I’m not hooked up to Wi-Fi. The firmware it came with is what it is, how would I upgrade?
