200x Shows 100% charge but dies after unplugging

Just curious if anyone else has had this issue. Title says it all. Unit shows full-charge but upon unplugging from wall instantly dies.

Ugh…I've talked to a few people now experiencing this issue.
I was researching factory reset options similar to some of the larger units but alas, I don't think there's a reset option for the 200x.
Hopefully someone from Goal Zero can provide some assistance/recommendations.
