How do you change Energy History 24 H. Used Watts scale?

I added 2 new Tank4000s to my Pro4000 yesterday and now the wattage used history values are not readable.

I have been using the Haven critical circuit control panel to test one circuit at a time to understand what each circuit uses in a 24-hour period. I was able to isolate one appliance that was not needed which drew too much wattage and was able to reassign that circuit to another "critical" circuit.

Before adding the new tanks - I was able to clearly read the watts used - mostly in 100 watt range.

So, how can you adjust the scale for the APP to max out at 250 or 500 watts and not 1K watts?

See below pic.

Thanks in advance for any help here.

Hi @Har0ld_5 , there is currently no way for the user to change the scale. The app is supposed to automatically set the maximum height for the view based on the peak value within the selected period. If you would please DM me your device ID so that I can look at your device data. Nonetheless, this appears to be a bug with the mobile app, understanding the data will help us to resolve it in the next app release. Thanks for bringing this to our attention!

    Hello Hackerman,

I'm still having issues with getting Energy History data to display. Yesterday it stopped reporting data at 2 AM. Today there is no data reported at all at 8:39 AM. You can see the Yeti is showing 334 Watts IN at 8:40 am. And now the Yeti has lost connection to the cloud around 9:02 AM. It loses connection often during the day. Please advise what to do here.

    Thanks,

    Harold
