Does app combine wH of Tanks?

I have the 4000 Pro and one expansion tank

When I connect the app with Bluetooth I see the 4000 and also 1 tank.

Is the app supposed to combine watts from both the 4000 pro battery and the expansion tank so that I can see that I have a total of 8000 ?

All it shows is 3900/4000. I am wondering if I need to do something to get everything to be presented as a single unit.
