Yeti 700 AC port trips as soon as anything plugged in

in YETI PORTABLE POWER STATIONS

My new yeti 700 worked great for a few weeks, now the AC port trips to red as soon as anything is plugged in to it. Anyone else have this issue? The reset comman list I found on this site does not list the 700, so unsure how to reset it? TIA-

    Correction/update: the AC port trips even if nothing is plugged in to it!!!

    The (light + Info) buttons held down together for about 3-5 seconds will perform a reset. The screen will flash, and you will hear the Yeti beep. Once you hear it beep you can let go. The (Info + 12v) button is used to change the battery charging profiles.

    Failing in that, you might find this useful
