I won't be able to power up any ports (AC, DC, USB, and even info screen). The only way to be able to see the info screen. I have to plug in a USB-C to a 60W PD port. The battery is 100% charge. I contacted GoalZero support but it is still not fixed. We tried to reset the unit in every ways that GoalZero has available. Could someone please share the instructions if you are encountered the same issue? Thank you in advance!

When you are able to power on the screen via the USB-C, if you click the UNITS button to toggle the display to show Volts, what does it show?
