Brand new GZ Yeti 4000 Pro, multiple problems right from the start?

I experienced all of the issues mentioned in this thread, worked with customer service, still wasn’t able to resolve the issue and eventually received a replacement unit. However, what you said (“The one thing I’ve found is that the units are sensitive to weak WiFi.”) was absolutely true!!! Once I placed the unit within a few feet of my router without any obstructions—voila! Updated and fully functioning now. 🤩

Hmmm. I unpacked a new 4000 Pro today. The "AC" and "12V" front panel switches don't work, although the "USB" switch does. The only way to turn on the AC power output is with the phone app, clearly an untenable solution. I've pinged GZ customer support. Wish I'd seen this thread before buying the thing.

Update on my YETI Pro 4000 issues, In January I wrote about my problems with firmware update, no working solutions for customer support even though they supplied a 600w power supply which after being plugged in for 3 days did nothing to resolve the issues. They agreed to send replacement 4000 which they would not ship out until they received my old unit which took 3 days to get FedEx to agree to pickup up. Received new replacement and unit failed to charge and show anything on display panel. Customer service rep told me to take off the top cover of 4000 check wiring to ensure everything was connect - WTH, that was their job. So I took off the top and checked wiring and wiring seemed secure but display would flash on and off erratically, so I told customer service I needed a new unit that WORKED. So here it is March 9 and I am still waiting for a replacement unit. I would never recommend this product to anyone, if I could return for full credit plus the cost of my electrician to install HAVEN 10 transfer switch I would. The YETI PRO 4000 was release with multiple flaws.
