Connecting Harbor Freight 100 Watt Panel with Boulder 100 Panel to Yeti 1400

Hi! I have a 100 Watt Boulder Briefcase mounted to my motorhome roof with an 8mm extension cable running inside the cab to a Yeti 1400. I just purchased a 100 Watt Thunderbolt Solar Panel that I'd also like to mount to the roof. The panel has a Rated Output of 18VDC/100W/5.56A with a ~6ft long cable with an SAE port.
What would be the most efficient way to output power from both panels down to the Yeti 1400? Is there a way to do so without running a new cable into the cab? I prefer to not reopen sealed holes in the roof :)
