Without any warning the Pro 4000AC output quit working, and getting red light error on 3rd battery pack. Connected to AP to check for new firmware update, attempted firmware update, got to 49% and it quit downloading and the Pro 400 quit all together and got battery low warning and no charging input in menu though blue light is on as to charging. Unplugged system and plugged in to no avail. Will not pair via bluetooth and no wifi connection, no menu either. I am really pissed off about this system as being touted the best system, beginning to think I wasted $7k. Of course no customer support in on Saturday or Sunday. Any ideas about factory reset on a Pro 4000 manually without the app?
