Expansion Batteries Connected?
I added four Yeti expansion batteries to my Yeti 1500X (with Link), but the Yeti App on my phone only displays 1500WH of Accessible Energy (I added the 4 tanks to the link in the app). Does the app not read the expanded tank energy? They are all charged to full capacity.

The App will not display the watt hours from the Yeti expansion tanks. It will only display the watt hours from the Yeti Power Station. The Tank Level on the front of the Yeti link is where you look to see the charge level of the expansion tanks.

I'm trying to figure out if I need the yeti link to add one expansion tank. I can't even figure that out.

Yes. The Yeti link is needed to use the Expansion tank. Only one link is needed for any number of expansion tanks.
