Sherpa 100AC all of a sudden no power!?!?

After charging up through USB-C for almost 20 mins, unit went completely “dark” with no signs of power. No display, no status lights nothing. The original charge was at 47% and we were adding some charge for a short while when the whole device just simply stopped.
Since then i have tried mulitple cords and input methods to test ports and nothing brings the unit to life.
Is there a “hard reset” or dis something trip and cause an automatic discharge? Do i have a bricked unit all of sudden? Please help
