How do I update the firmware on the Tank Pro 4000

I have three tank pro 4000s and I can’t seem to update the firmware on two of them. Also, the combined power only shows the Yeti and one tank. I can’t get those two tanks to show SoH and other data. Any ideas how to fix this?

Hello @Daniele ,
Please reach out to our customer service for further in-depth troubleshooting but try the below resets. Also, try having them all plugged in, ensure the Yeti is cloud connected, then hold PAIR for 10 seconds.
Please try disconnecting both units from each other then powering them off using their power switch/button and let them stay off for about 1-2 minutes then turn them on and do the below.
- Force re-pairing of the connected Tanks by holding the Settings button for 10 seconds until you hear a beep.
- This forces the Yeti to begin the pairing process again with any Tanks.
- Hold the FUNCTION button on the Tank for at least 10 seconds to perform a Tank Factory Reset.
- If all above fails, use the SETTINGS menu of the Yeti to perform a Yeti Factory Reset.
- Force re-pairing of the connected Tanks by holding the Settings button for 10 seconds until you hear a beep.

I got them to update and communicate properly, however, I could only do this with each tank separately connected to the Yeti PRO 4000. It would not work with each tank connected to the others. Several times the update would not take and I got errors. Only after the reset did the tanks finally take the update individually.
