Yeti Pro 4000 SOC Inaccuracy

I suspect that the Yeti Pro 4000 is mis-reading its own state of charge.

I observed my Yeti drain down to zero (super-low voltage) even though the SOC read 85%. I have it on battery saver mode so it should have stopped delivering power at 15%, yet it continued until it was fully drained. Even after I jump-started it the SOC still read 85%. However, when I unplugged/replugged a device into the front AC outlet suddenly the SOC reset to the correct value. My suspicion is that the Yeti couldn't accurately read its SOC, so even as the SOC dropped below 15% it still thought it was at 85% and continued to allow the power to drain. This is an issue that needs to be addressed through another firmware update, hopefully that is coming soon.

I having the same issue. I use my 4000 as a whole home backup system, so it is plugged into utility power all oof the time. My state of charge shows 100%, but a couple of days ago, the system shut off outgoing power with a battery undervolt alarm. The battery voltage is at 44.1 volts and dropping. Support had me plug in the DC charging cable, but it isn't charging the battery and voltage keeps dropping. This is my second unit, the first failed and was replaced under warranty, so there is definitely issues with these units. I have no confidence in the 4000 keeping power on in an outage.
