Sherpa 100 Issues

Purchased a Sherpa 100AC (older generation) in March of 2023. It now won’t hold a charge. Shows 99% but discharges immediately and shuts off when a device is plugged in. Have reset etc., to no avail. In addition, even though I’ve configured the ports for In and Out only vs Auto, the Sherpa will actually discharge my devices. Two years seems an awfully short life for a rather expensive device. We’ve used it consistantly, not let it sit idle and followed proper charging protocols. Have seen other users post this and similar issues. Is there any program for GoalZero to replace these units?
