Won't charge despite rebooting

in YETI PORTABLE POWER STATIONS

I have a 3000x with firmware 1.8.9. It once failed to charge so I found out that rebooting by pressing the button with green circle under the lid and "info" button simultaneously reboots the unit and allows you to charge. It worked. But, now it won't work. Actually, I'm not even sure it rebooted this time since it doesn't even turn off for 30 seconds (which it did when I reboot was successful).

Any idea on how to get it charging again?

    We would recommend ensuring the charging cable is unplugged while performing that reset. Then plug it in after the reset. Otherwise, if that does not fix the issue, please contact our customer support team.
