New Yeti500X charging?

I wonder if my new Yeti500X is charging or not.
It is connected to 230V from a wall-outlet (now on 3rd hour).
The blue input LED is lit.
On the display the 20%-battery-segment flashes. (Very slowly: 4 per minute).
But the display shows Input 0 watts.

I tried to reset; no change.

Is this normal?

No, something went wrong. The best is to contact the seller for a replace (it seems it's a new unit).
