Nomad10 or nomad5

Hi, I'm a trekker and I'm looking for a solar panel I can use for multidays trekking.

I can't make a choice between Nomad 10 or 5. For me it's important don't have so much weight to carry on but at the same time I'd like to be able recharge my camera or phone easily.

Can you give an advice based on your own experiences.
