Should I fully charge the battery?

Should I maintain the battery charge between 80% and 20% to extent battery life, like with cell phones?

    Hello @vico all Goal Zero products have built battery management systems that will protect the batteries and prevent over discharging or charging. As well our Large app enable Yeti X power stations have a battery saver mode that will assist in prolonging the life of your battery
