Can I install your batteries outside?
Is there a local rep that I can work with?

Unfortunately, our batteries are not something you are able to install outside.
You may be able to find a local retailer that sell the system you would like to purchase. I would suggest contacting our customer support for more specific questions. They are able to size the unit as well as tell you if it is something that can be used for what you need. Their contact info is below.
