Venture powerbank in cold conditions

Hi,

the Venture 35 and 75 power banks are rated to function between 2-113F (0-45C)

Does anybody have experience in using them in (a lot) colder temperatures?

I especially think about charging in a very cold enviroment.

The units will not be able to take a charge when the temperature of the battery hits below 32F. The unit will no longer discharge when below 2F.
