Am I able to connect both a power outlet and solar to the two 8mm ports at the same time on a 1000x?

Say there is an electrical outage, could the battery fall back to relying on the solar connection on the other 8mm port for charging? Or do I need to manually switch these if a power outage occurs?

Only one input port can be used at a time with the Yeti X series. Here is an example:
Lets say you have solar connected to the 8mm port under the lid and the 12v car charger plugged into front 8mm port. In order for the panel to start inputting into the 1000X the front 8mm port needs to be freed up. So you will need to manually unplug one of the sources of power.
