Temperature Limits

Under the lid of my 3000x the stated temperature ranges are: Charging temperature 0C to 40C and Discharge temperature -10C to 60C. Yet I believe the Yeti only allows discharge over the limited temperature range of 0C - 40C. Is this correct? And a related question: Does anyone know the safe storage temperature range for the 3000x? Thanks.
