12v regulated adapter failed? No output. Any solutions other than replacement?

We are sorry to hear about the issue with your 12v regulated cable. Did the cable work for you and all of a sudden stop working? Did you purchase this and it has never worked? There really are no replacement parts for that cable. Please send us an email with the proof of purchase and we can see if there are any warranty options available for you.
