where can I but a new yeti 1000 lithium battery?

My yeti 1000 lithium is about 5-6 years old and will not stay on. When I unplug and then re-plug in ac adapter, light fades out after about 10 seconds but charge bar says fully charged and digital readout says 81%. No indicator icon saying battery needs attention. I am assuming I need a new battery but cannot find one anywhere - even on this goal zero site. Anybody have any ideas of what I need to do?

We do not sell Lithium replacement batteries online but we do have a Lithium replacement program. Have you tried to cycle the battery at all? See if you can drain it down to about 40% and charge it back up. Do this about 3-4 times and see if that makes any difference. Please also try the factory reset on the unit. Hold the Units and Info buttons at the same time for about 7-10 seconds. If the reset and cycling do no fix the issue please contact our support team by phone or email. If further troubleshooting does not fix the issue please ask about the battery replacement program.
