Yeti 200x - first charge

Hi,

I just bought a Yeti 200x. According to the guidelines the display should show 100 when fully charged. I left the battery charging for several hours (wall plug charging) and for the last 2 hours it is showing 99. Is it ok, or might this mean the battery is not really new?Should I return it to the dealer? Thank you.

    Hi @PeteStrckl

    Please try to give the 200X 2-3 cycles and see if it pops up to 100%. We have seen this before on some models and usually the battery just needs to be cycled a few times. Drain it down to about 60% and charge it back up. If that does not work please email us with your proof of purchase and we will take a look at warranty options.
