Nomad 7 plus not charging

Hello, i am writing turkey. İ have a problem. İ have nomad 7 plus,( i used it 5-6 times ) my panel lights ( on the junction box ) is on one second, then it is turnning off and not charging. Why could it be. Thank you

    We are sorry to hear about the issue with your Nomad 7 Plus. It sounds like there could be an issue with the junction box on the panel. Please try unplugging the junction box from the panel and try reconnecting it. That panel is no longer in production and the junction boxes are no longer being made. If that does not work please reach out to the retailer you purchased that from and have your proof of purchase at the ready. They will be able to see if there are any warranty options available.

    @GOAL ZERO ADMIN I lost my junction box cable. Is there anything I can get to connect the panel to USB (goal zero or other vendor)? I’d hate to throw out the panel because I’m missing a cable… thanks!
