My Torch 250 surface has become very sticky. Can anyone recommend a cleaning method?

    We suggest using a rag drenched in rubbing alcohol. That has been the most successful way of cleaning the sticky residue on the Torch 250. You may need to use a lot of rubbing alcohol, so be prepared to go through half a bottle or more. If this method does not work, please reach out to our support team with your proof of purchase.     This happened to mine as well. This is a breakdown of the coating on the plastic that happens with cheap stuff. The alcohol helps to break it down the rest of the way so you can wipe it off, but the finish then looks horrible. This should not have happened with GoalZero. Very disappointed.
