Yeti 400 charging

Our 2017 Toyota Highlander does not have a 12 volt receptacle in the rear but does have a 100 watt, 120 volt plug in the back of the center console. My question is can I charge my Yeti 400 using the 120 volt and simultaneously run a 12 volt refrigerator off of the Yeti 12 volt outputs? The 120 volt outlet is only "live" when car is running or on accessory. When the car is off will refrigerator run off Yeti 400?

That set up should work just fine. The Yeti 400 can accept input and output power at the same time. When the car is off the 12v port on the Yeti 400 will still provide power to the 12v fridge. Try it out!!
